State of Education in Delta state, time to vote right

This is the condition which students gather to learn.
   This school is located in Ekuku-Agbor, Ika South local government area of Delta state.
How do you expect pupils from this school to do well? When the nature of their learning environment is not conducive.
 This is a community that is very close to the commissioner of primary and basic education's village Agbor Alidinma. What dividend of democracy are they getting from an administration that have an Ika man as a governor.
 This same community for the past five years has no electricity.
I am calling on the appropriate authorities to look into these and do the needful.
I also want to advice the people of delta state to vote right, say no to vote buying say no to thuggery.
